Oxbridge Tours accepts no liability for any injuries on tours of Cambridge or Oxford to yourself or others which occur during the walking tour, unless directly the fault of the guide. Your personal safety is your responsibility throughout the walking tours of Cambridge or Oxford. We accept no responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal items while partaking in a walking tour of Oxford or Cambridge. We reserve the right to refuse service to or remove anyone who is deemed to be disruptive or aggressive to staff. Aggression in any form is considered totally unacceptable, and tour guides have total authority to remove from a walking tour anyone they feel is behaving in an unacceptable manner. Any actions deemed by the management to be overly aggressive will be reported to the Police, with details of the offence.
2. Personal and Financial Information
Oxbridge Tours understands the importance of keeping the information about you that you entrust to us confidential and secure. The information we collect may include your personal information, in other words information capable of identifying you as a particular individual, such as your name, phone number, email address, shopping preferences, credit card information .We therefore make it our highest priority to ensure that we look after your Customer Information and use it responsibly. By visiting our website you accept and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your Customer Information for the purposes of conducting, selling and promoting our tours of Oxford and Cambridge. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, none of your data will be distributed to any third parties without your express permission.
Oxbridge Tours retains no financial information (including credit card details) of any customers. All credit card transactions are ether processed through our online terminal and stored by SAGE or processed through our Mobile Terminal and stored by Adelante Card Services. The Oxbridge Group collects Customer Information supplied by you and uses it to provide you with a dynamic, personalised and secure service to offer you a truly rewarding online and offline experience. Although in certain instances, we will require you to provide us with your Personal Information, for example, to enable you to set up an account with us or purchase products or services (and we will make it clear to you at the time what we need from you), you can visit many pages on our website without the need to supply any Personal Information. When you purchase products and/or services, such as tours of Cambridge or Oxford

From third party sources, for example credit checking agencies
Tours over the value of £110 require a 30% deposit to confirm the booking. The deposit, or any other balance payments, will be refunded on the flowing scale of refunds:
More than 14 working days notice: Full refund
More than 7 working days notice: 50% refund
3 or more working days notice: 20% refund
1-2 working days notice: 10% refund
24 hours notice or less: No refund

By accepting the booking or making payment the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions stipulated by other organizations as well as these.
